We promote the work of Artisans and Craftspeople in the East Tennessee Region. we strive to educate our community about the importance of the Arts. It is our objective to promote the economic development of the region through its artwork and cultural heritage.

We operate as a co-operative with each artist working a day at the gallery - we also sponsor events in our "Bay" area and offer classes for many of our arts. New artists are welcome.

Back in the 1970's there were many artists that had moved into the Clinch Valley community from various places. Some of the artists did craft shows, some sold out of their homes. Others just bartered. As time went on, they realized they should do something more.

The Community Center at Bulls Gap in Hawkins County is proud to have the Old Maid's Ramble on display.

HBDC is a mixed use small business incubator nurturing creativity and innovation.

This log cabin was built in 1783 by the Lawson family. Through the years the log out building has been used as slave quarters, a community jail and chicken house.

The Jubilee Art Gallery found its historic home right here on the AQT and now local and regional artists gather to show their work. Stop in and stay awhile. Each room of the home hides handmade treasure waiting to be found. When you're done shopping, sit down in the restaurant and have lunch. It's homemade, too.
