AQS Quilter's find Paradise in Knoxville

Thousands of quilters from far and wide converged on Knoxville, TN for the first ever Expo in the city July 22 - 25, 2009.
Quilters enjoyed more than 350 vendor booths with the latest fabrics, machines, patterns, notions and all kinds of quilting related goods.
The Appalachian Quilt Trail booth was a popular stop for visitors who wanted to pick up their copy of the brand new 2009 AQT Visitors Guide. Shoppers also enjoyed picking up gifts and products made by local artists and fine crafters along the Appalachian Quilt Trail.
Hand spun Alpaca yarn, Temari Christmas ornaments, hard top quilts, note cards, quilt trail T-shirts and hand made jewelry were just some of the AQT related items available.
During the show AQS organizers announced that the show will be returning to Knoxville through 2012.
