About Hosting a Heritage Quilt Square
There's two options for getting a square listed with the AQT. Either you create and install your Heritage Quilt Square or we do it for you. Official Location status is extended to qualifying sponsors of the AQT. To apply for Official Location status, please complete the following:

Review the AQT guidelines, requirements, & criteria.

Print and fill out the application.

Attach a printed color copy of the quilt block pattern you would like to use at your location or include a photo of your existing quilt square pattern.

Attach photos of your location and other documents as outlined in the site requirements.

Once the application has been reviewed, you’ll be contacted. Unless the application is for a location of special consideration to be reviewed by the Appalachian Quilt Trail Advisory Committee, you should receive notice of application status within 14 business days.
